Admission Information:
Please send a cashier's check or money order to the amount of $20, made payable to Sharon R. Branch. Note in the memo: POtO in Indy. The deadline for sending admission is February 28, 2006, first come, first serve. The theaters hold 120-150 people. A seat is not guaranteed until your admission is received. When your admission is received, a receipt will be returned to you via e-mail, which will also be for your admittance. Print it and bring that with you. We will use the receipt as your ticket.

Directions to Indianapolis I-465 East and Michigan Road Hotel Strip Maps from the Chicagoland Area (north), St. Louis (southwest), and the Dayton Area (east) are on the next page. The hotels are about 30 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport. There are many hotels are in the same general area on the northwest side of Indianapolis at Michigan Road and I-465. You can google which ever hotel you decide to stay. You will pass most the other hotels before you get to the Embassy Suites. We’re using the Embassy Suites as our “official” hotel. Please feel free to get a roommate or two.

Make sure to ask for the "Phantom of the Opera Fans" discount. Rates are $109 each day (Friday and Saturday) for a single or double plus 15% taxes based on one or two persons in a room. Only 45 rooms reserved so far (22 singles and 23 doubles). There will be a $15 per person, per suite, per night for extra people in a room. Please let the reservationists know if there will be more than one or two persons in the room. Guests of the hotel are welcome to enjoy the complimentary cocktail hour at the hotel from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Also included is a full service hot breakfast the following morning.

Please make your reservations as soon as you can. March Madness (college basketball tournament) may be over, but we'rere not sure of that particular weekend. Other hotels in the area are the Holiday Inn Select, the Comfort Inn, LaQuinta Inn, Residence Inn, Clarion Inn, Signature Inn and the Best Western Suites and Inn. There is also every restaurant imaginable.
